Foster Care Worker
About The Position
TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to strengthen families and advocate for children's well-being. The role works closely with children and families to help ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. The worker teaches skills including emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. The worker also supports foster parents by helping train and license them and guiding them in providing care for children in their homes. The posting lists an average hourly rate of $21.83, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in the human services field.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
