Forklift Hoist Operator 1st Shift
About The Position
The Forklift Hoist Operator works in the warehouse supporting assembly and fulfillment. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, picking and replenishing products, handling truck shipments, and working with inventory. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The starting rate is $20 per hour, with an opportunity to earn an additional $2–$6 per hour through a performance-based incentive program. Additional incentives include a $100 safety shoe reimbursement, cross-training, and daily pay availability. The position is based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54915. The schedule is first shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Applicants should be comfortable working at heights of 30 feet or more and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for the entire shift.

Responsibilities
- Operate a picker, turret, forklift, and walkie rider.
- Pick products from warehouse-height racks by hand and machine to support the assembly and fulfillment departments.
- Assist with replenishment and putaways.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Use a hand scanner and computer systems.
- Work with inventory and perform counts.
