About The Position

The Forklift Hoist Operator works in a warehouse supporting the assembly and fulfillment departments. The operator picks products from high warehouse racks by hand and machine, handles replenishment and putaways, loads and unloads trucks, and works with inventory and counts. The role uses warehouse equipment, hand scanners, and computer systems. No experience is necessary; training is provided. The position is based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, Wisconsin. The starting rate is $20 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for the third-shift differential. Employees can earn an additional $2–$6 per hour through a performance-based incentive program for meeting or exceeding goals. Additional incentives include a $100 safety shoe reimbursement, cross-training, and daily pay availability.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Comfort working at heights of 30 feet or more.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift or hoist experience preferred.
