About The Position

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Forklift Hoist Operator to support its assembly and fulfillment departments. The operator picks products from warehouse-height racks by hand and machine, assists with replenishment and putaways, loads and unloads trucks, and works with inventory and counts. The position uses a picker, turret, forklift, walkie rider, hand scanner, and computer systems. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

This is a third-shift role based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, Wisconsin. Base hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with overtime as needed. The starting rate is $20 per hour, plus a $2-per-hour third-shift differential. Employees may earn an additional $2–$6 per hour through a performance-based incentive program. Additional incentives include a $100 safety shoe reimbursement, cross-training, and daily pay availability.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working at heights of 30 feet or more.
