Forklift Hoist Operator 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Forklift Hoist Operator works in a warehouse supporting the assembly and fulfillment departments. The operator picks products from warehouse-height racks by hand and machine, assists with replenishment and putaways, loads and unloads trucks, and works with inventory and counts. The company provides training; no prior experience is necessary. The position is based at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, Wisconsin. Base hours are second shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20 per hour, plus a $1 second-shift differential. The performance-based incentive program offers an additional $2–$6 per hour for meeting or exceeding goals, with potential earnings up to $27 per hour. An increase may be available after successful completion of a 90-day review.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights of 30 feet or more.
Nice To Haves
- Prior forklift or hoist experience is preferred.
