About The Position

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Dining Services is seeking a PM cashier for a busy retail location. The role is suited to someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment who can multitask and pay attention to detail. Metz Culinary Management is hiring culinary and hospitality team members for full- and part-time roles across dining services, including culinary, retail, national-brand, and catering operations. Team members may work in a multi-outlet dining setting and contribute to guest service and daily operations. Duties vary by assignment and may include plating, setting up and breaking down café, restaurant, or retail areas; assisting with kitchen preparation, dish room tasks, inventory, and sanitation; working as a barista, cashier, cook, or runner; or creating, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays. Catering events range from casual business lunches to formal black-tie events. The company describes itself as family-driven and focused on restaurant-inspired hospitality. Responsibilities

• Operate as a cashier in a busy retail location.
• Plate food and set up and tear down café, restaurant, and retail areas.
• Assist with kitchen preparation, dish room duties, dry stock and perishable food inventories, and sanitation.
• Contribute to retail dining operations as a barista, cashier, cook, or runner.
• Create, transport, set up, serve, and break down banquet-style food displays for catering events.
• Provide hospitable service and contribute wherever needed as part of the team.
