About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is hiring foodservice team members for dining services at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, including a PM cashier for a busy retail location. Team members work in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused dining environment and may contribute across culinary, retail, and catering operations. Duties can include plating; setting up and breaking down café, restaurant, and retail areas; kitchen preparation; dishroom work; inventory; and sanitation. Retail duties may include working as a barista, cashier, cook, or runner. Catering duties include creating, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays, with a focus on presentation, hospitality, and guest experience. The company offers full- and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules. Daily Pay is an optional employee benefit.

Requirements

Hospitality experience is desired; experience is not required, and candidates may be trained.
Understand the basics of food and demonstrate a passion for it.
Apply elementary mathematical skills to inventory and portioning.
