About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is hiring culinary and hospitality team members for college dining, with full- and part-time opportunities. Team members learn and contribute across front- and back-of-house dining services in a hospitality-driven, multi-outlet setting. Duties may include plating; setting up and breaking down café, restaurant, and retail areas; assisting with kitchen preparation, dishroom work, inventory, and sanitation; working in retail dining as a barista, cashier, cook, or runner; and supporting catering events by preparing, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays. The role offers flexible schedules and is suitable for culinary graduates and candidates who are passionate about food and hospitality. Requirements

Hospitality experience is desired; candidates with a passion for food and an understanding of the basics may be trained.
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics relevant to inventory and portioning.
