About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is hiring culinary and hospitality team members for college dining operations. Team members work in a hospitality-driven, multi-outlet dining environment and may contribute to culinary, retail, or catering services. Culinary team members learn front- and back-of-house dining services, including food preparation, plating, dining-area setup and breakdown, dishroom work, inventory, and sanitation. Retail team members support student dining outlets and national or local brand dining options in roles such as barista, cashier, cook, and runner. Catering team members create, transport, set up, serve, and break down banquet-style food displays for events ranging from casual business lunches to formal black-tie events. The role may be full-time or part-time and offers flexible schedules. Metz describes itself as a family-driven company focused on restaurant-inspired hospitality. Responsibilities

• Plate food and set up and break down café, restaurant, and retail areas.
• Assist with kitchen preparation, dishroom duties, dry-stock and perishable-food inventory, and sanitation.
• Support retail dining operations as a barista, cashier, cook, or runner.
• Create, transport, set up, and serve banquet-style food displays for catering events.
• Break down catering displays after events.
• Contribute where needed and provide friendly, hospitality-focused service to guests.
