About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is hiring culinary and hospitality team members for college dining services in full- and part-time roles. Team members work in a hospitality-driven, multi-outlet dining environment and may support culinary operations, retail dining, national and local brand outlets, or catering. Duties may include preparing and plating food, setting up and breaking down dining areas, assisting with kitchen preparation, dish-room work, inventory, and sanitation. Retail roles may include barista, cashier, cook, and runner duties. Catering team members create, transport, set up, serve, and break down banquet-style food displays for events ranging from casual business lunches to formal black-tie events, with attention to presentation and guest experience. Requirements

Experience is desired, but candidates with a passion for food and an understanding of the basics may be trained.
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics relevant to inventory and portioning.

Responsibilities
