FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Food Service Worker at Anduril in Costa Mesa, California. The role prepares, presents, and serves food as needed while following food safety, sanitation, service, and inventory procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and some Saturday shifts. The pay range is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of food service or hospitality experience and a California Food Handler's Card. Paid holidays and opportunities to grow are noted. Requirements
- At least one year of food service or hospitality experience.
- A California Food Handler's Card.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding them.
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
- Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, the stove, and the refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
- Store food in designated areas, following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
- Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner while following outlined service steps.
- Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
- Follow company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
