About The Position

Freed-Hardeman University and Metz Culinary Management are hiring entry-level and experienced foodservice team members for Jones Dining Hall. Positions may include dishwashing, dining room attendant, sandwich preparation, salad bar preparation, culinary team member, retail and national brand team member, or catering team member. Team members work in a hospitality-driven dining environment and may assist across café, restaurant, retail, and kitchen areas. Duties may include preparing and replenishing food; plating; setting up and breaking down dining or catering areas; dishwashing; cleaning tables and work areas; handling dry-stock and perishable-food inventories; and providing friendly, hospitality-focused service while following food safety and sanitation standards. Catering team members may transport, set up, serve, and break down banquet-style food displays for events ranging from business lunches to formal occasions. Retail duties may include barista, cashier, cook, and runner work. The employer welcomes all experience levels and provides training. The role may be full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules. Responsibilities
