About The Position

Join the Food Service Crew and help create a positive customer experience by preparing food and providing service at the counter. The role includes supporting food, deli, beverage, coffee, and checkout operations while keeping service areas and equipment clean, stocked, and organized. This is a part-time position with varying day shifts, including 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. The store operates 24/7 and requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is at Store #149, 10962 HWY 20/26, Caldwell, Idaho 83605, and pays $15.50 per hour. Overnight shifts from 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. pay an additional $1.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Food Handlers Permit, as required by the county, city, or state.

• Ability to work safely around heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, thank them for their business, and invite them to return.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for fast food, deli, and beverage programs and promotions.
• Sample food items to build customer interest and drive sales.
• Keep food service equipment clean and in good condition, and report issues as needed.
• Follow sanitation, food safety, food preparation, and storage procedures.
• Keep food, coffee, and checkout areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Complete waste tracking and temperature logs as required.
• Cross-train as a cashier and support store operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
