About The Position

The Food Service Representative works in restaurant operations, providing fast and friendly guest service and helping maintain a clean restaurant environment. The role includes preparing and serving food in accordance with brand, company, and health department requirements; ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards; maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records; following government laws and safety codes; and completing incident reports under the company's 5-minute rule policy.
