About The Position

The Food Service Representative works in restaurant operations and provides fast, friendly guest service. The role involves keeping the restaurant clean, preparing and serving food according to brand, company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. It also requires maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
• Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 50+ lbs., including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

• Clean and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
