About The Position

The Food Service Representative serves existing restaurant accounts and acquires new business through on-premise selling and cold calling. The role builds strategic customer partnerships, drives satisfaction through service and execution, analyzes customer data to identify opportunities, and coordinates new equipment placement and logistics. Successful candidates are expected to drive volume and revenue.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
• Must have an indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Service existing restaurant accounts.
• Acquire new Food Service accounts through leads, cold calling, and other strategic selling solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic customer partnerships and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
• Analyze customer information using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities.
• Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless execution of logistics.
• Drive volume and revenue.
