Requirements

- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
- Must speak, read, and write English clearly enough to communicate with customers, supervise staff, understand corporate sales reports, and perform business-related mathematics.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Assistant Store Manager: open availability for store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, and nights; minimum standard work week of five days; average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods.
- Supervisor: availability for store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, and nights; at least five days of availability; minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
- May need to move to different company locations based on operational needs and career growth.
- Able to meet the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available as described.

- Two or more years of retail leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop team members; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
- Create a strong customer experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer-service standards.
- Drive sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

- Implement local marketing initiatives and develop community relationships to strengthen brand presence and attract customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
