About The Position

The Food Service Rep works in restaurant operations to provide fast, friendly guest service; maintain a clean restaurant; and prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health department regulations. The role helps ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards, maintains accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, follows government laws and safety codes, and completes incident reports in accordance with the company’s 5-minute rule policy.
