About The Position

The Food Service Rep works in restaurant operations, providing fast, friendly guest service and helping maintain a clean restaurant. The role prepares and serves food according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations, while ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. It also involves keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to demonstrate the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position may also include other duties, and responsibilities may change.

• Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50+ pounds, including lifting from the ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean restaurant through cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
• Prepare and serve food in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
