About The Position

Medieval Times is hiring friendly, enthusiastic Food Servers to contribute to guests’ experience during its two-hour dinner and tournament. Food Servers deliver a four-course feast, interact with guests in their section, and help create an engaging experience in a fun, unique environment. The role offers flexible schedules, income potential, and opportunities to grow and cross-train.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and use stairs for extended periods.
Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver a fun experience while providing great guest service.
Help guide guests to their seats.
Greet guests enthusiastically and remain in character throughout the show.
Serve beverages and the four-course feast to the assigned section neatly and promptly.
Engage with guests to answer questions and assist with requests.
Set up tables, remove used tableware, and keep the section neat and clean during and after the performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
