About The Position

The Server supports the food and beverage team at Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian, providing service to meeting attendees and helping prepare and maintain banquet events. The role includes reviewing banquet event orders, assisting with buffet and event setup and breakdown, completing preparation and side work, and keeping meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained. Servers must comply with applicable state and local food-health requirements and brand standards, and be available for a flexible, varied schedule based on business levels.

Requirements

• Previous hotel banquet food and beverage experience.
• Food handler and liquor certifications as required by law or brand standards.
• Welcoming and friendly personality.
• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels.

• Provide exceptional service to meeting attendees.
