About The Position

Saint Therese is hiring a part-time Food Server for its Corcoran, Minnesota community. The role works the PM shift from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a schedule of either three shifts per week and every other weekend (32 hours per biweekly pay period) or two shifts per week and every other weekend (24 hours per biweekly pay period). No prior experience is required; training is provided. The server helps create welcoming dining experiences for residents by serving meals, assisting residents, and supporting smooth meal service. Pay is $18.04–$25.03 per hour, based on experience, and same-day pay is available. Saint Therese is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered care. The Corcoran campus has 153 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with dining options, a wellness center with a pool, a library, lounge area, golf simulator, salon, and wood shop area.

Requirements

No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

Serve meals, wait tables, and clear dishes.
Follow menus and diet cards to support residents’ nutrition needs.
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth, timely meal service.
Assist residents and help create welcoming dining experiences.
