About The Position

Join the Food & Beverage team at the hotel’s restaurant and outlets. Food Servers provide outstanding guest service by taking orders and delivering food and beverages, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and helping guests have a memorable experience. The role is suited to someone committed to excellence and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes serving guests, processing checks and payments, maintaining restaurant supplies and inventory, and keeping service workstations clean, sanitary, and functional.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of server experience in a similar role; experience in a similar-sized operation is preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

• Experience serving in an operation of a similar size.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, revisit tables to refill beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through the PMS and efficiently receive guest payments.
• Keep the restaurant organized and replenish condiments and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of restaurant and service workstations.
