About The Position

The Food Server provides exceptional food and beverage service and creates a welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experience for every guest. The role involves greeting guests, taking and accurately entering food and beverage orders, serving meals and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works well in a fast-paced environment, and maintains high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence while supporting the restaurant and hotel.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
Ability to work varied and flexible shifts and days, likely including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
