About The Position

As a Restaurant Food Server, you provide guests with prompt, courteous service while ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and a positive dining experience. You take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a well-organized section throughout your shift. The role involves working in a fast-paced restaurant environment as part of a service team and interacting with guests to create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas.
• Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
• Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures.
