About The Position

Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Lure, Rumbling Bald is a private community offering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. If you love working in a beautiful lake & mountain setting and providing great guest service, we’d love to hear from you! Qualified candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol service preferred)
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle or golf cart during event setup or when traveling between restaurant locations in the course of performing job duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality presentation
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
