About The Position

As a Food Server for TAP Sports Bar at Excalibur, you will take and deliver guest orders while maintaining high-energy tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks in a bustling, sports-centric environment. You will keep your assigned station clean, perform side work, and collaborate with your team to provide prompt, enthusiastic hospitality and create memorable game-day experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of experience as a Food Server in a fast-paced restaurant or similar high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests positively and make them feel welcome.
• Use knowledge of selling techniques and service delivery for menu items across every course, including nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill guest requests and address issues or needs raised by guests or employees.
