About The Position

As a Food Server at Point Place Casino, you provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and helping guests enjoy their dining experience. You work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality throughout service. The role is full time, with a swing shift available and a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Typical hours can range from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Starting pay is $10.70 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

Previous tray or food server experience is mandatory.
Previous money-handling experience is required.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with guests.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift 41–50 pounds.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
Keep service areas clean, orderly, and stocked with specified condiments and promotional materials.
Set tables properly according to the assigned area.
Monitor reserved seating and inform guests about seating requirements and food and beverage minimum purchases.
Take guest orders in a timely manner, including beverage orders within two minutes after guests are seated.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to help ensure accuracy, speed, and quality of service.
Deliver food and beverages to guests.
