About The Position
The Barista prepares coffee drinks and food items according to recipes and standards while providing exceptional service to guests and employees in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. The role takes orders, prepares specialty beverages, sells food and beverage items, and helps guests with questions about products and casino facilities. It also involves operating a cash register and point-of-sale system, accepting payments, and making accurate change. The Barista must follow Point Place Casino policies and New York State Liquor Authority laws. This role requires flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Ring in orders and settle checks using the point-of-sale system.
