About The Position

As a Restaurant Food Server, you provide guests with prompt, courteous service while ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and a positive dining experience. You take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a well-organized section throughout your shift. The role is part-time at the Courtyard San Diego Del Mar Solana Beach in Solana Beach, California, with a swing shift and an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $17.00. The position involves working in a fast-paced restaurant environment as part of a service team and interacting with guests to create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation.
Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section and service areas.
Assist with resetting tables and support teammates as needed.
Follow safety, sanitation, and service standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
