About The Position

Cattlemens Restaurants is hiring a Food Server to deliver attentive, gracious, and friendly service while creating memorable dining experiences. Servers represent the restaurant’s Western Hospitality tradition and serve food and beverages in a family-owned steakhouse environment. The role includes learning the menu, daily features, and beverage selections; providing responsible alcohol service; processing payments and guest checks; using sales techniques to enhance the guest experience; and collaborating with teammates to maintain a welcoming dining room. The position pays $16.90 per hour plus tips. Server or bartender experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
