About The Position

Medieval Times is hiring fun, friendly, and enthusiastic Food Servers to help bring Medieval Spain to life during its two-hour dinner and tournament. Food Servers deliver a four-course feast, engage with guests in their sections, and help create memorable experiences. The position offers flexible schedules, income potential, and opportunities to grow and cross-train in a fun, unique environment.

This is a part-time position paying $4.00 per hour plus tips. No health benefits are included. A 401(k) with company match is offered from day one.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positivity, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and use stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver fun while providing a great guest experience.
• Help guide guests to their seats.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and remain in character throughout the show.
• Serve beverages and the four-course feast to the assigned section neatly and promptly.
• Engage with guests to answer questions or assist with requests.
• Set up tables, remove used tableware, and keep the section neat and clean during and after the performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
