About The Position

Medieval Times is hiring friendly, enthusiastic Food Servers to help create a fun guest experience during its two-hour dinner and tournament. Food Servers deliver a four-course feast, interact with guests in their section, and help create memorable experiences in a themed Medieval Spain setting. The role offers flexible schedules, income potential through tips, and opportunities to cross-train and advance. This is a part-time position paying $4.00 per hour plus tips. No health benefits are included; a 401(k) with company match is offered from day one.

Requirements

Positivity, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and use stairs for extended periods.
Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver fun while providing a great guest experience.
Help guide guests to their seats.
Greet guests enthusiastically and remain in character throughout the show.
Serve beverages and the four-course feast to the assigned section neatly and in a timely manner.
Engage with guests to answer questions or assist with requests.
Set up tables, remove used tableware, and keep the section neat and clean during and after the performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
