About The Position

Responsible for providing dining service to all customers in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service. The position works 3–4 days per week, with a 2:30 p.m. start time.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Support the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for guests and colleagues.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with venue standards.
• Take and fill food and drink orders and help keep customers’ dining areas clean and neat.
• Monitor customer needs continually and promptly fulfill requests.
• Work as a team with venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food Servers, Bus People, and Kitchen Staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance, side work, and opening and closing duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
