About The Position
The Food Server, Atrio provides food and beverage service at Conrad New York Downtown, a luxury hotel in Lower Manhattan. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality, accurate and efficient order service, and knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials. This is a temporary position covered by the Local 6 Union. Complete open availability is required; schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated. Full-time hours are not guaranteed, and hours may be minimal until seniority is established. Schedules and hours vary according to seniority and business needs and may change from week to week.

Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
- Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
