About The Position

The Housekeeping Manager oversees daily housekeeping operations at Conrad New York Downtown, a 463-room hotel with 30,000 square feet of banquet space and three food and beverage outlets. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards across guest rooms and hotel spaces, coordinating room readiness, managing departmental processes, and supporting the housekeeping team. The schedule is mostly PM shifts, and availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to support efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee and conduct room and public area inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
