About The Position

As a Food Runner at Star Cinema Grill, you help deliver a seamless dining and entertainment experience by ensuring guests receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with exceptional hospitality. You work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver food and beverages, assist with guest needs, and keep service running smoothly from the kitchen to the theatre. Food Runners may earn up to $25.00+ per hour, with auto-gratuity added to every guest check.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's and TABC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and correctly from the kitchen to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line.
• Assist with ticket organization and communication between kitchen and service staff.
• Ensure all food is presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Support servers and team members with guest needs as they arise.
