  • Encouraged but not required background in food and beverage services
  • The ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit excellent guest service
  • You will be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers
  • Take direction from chef and manager on duty
  • Operate POS and Kitchen display system
  • Safely handle equipment and tools provided
  • Safely handle and serve hot food promptly
  • The ability to carry a minimum of three plates with proper training
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line including restocking dishes
  • Learn menu knowledge
  • Clear and maintain dining room as needed
  • Assist in clearing dishes in back kitchen area
  • Ensure all lightbulbs are in working order and change as needed
  • Maintain work area to meet quality and health standards
  • Responsible to know and adhere to all grill handbook guidelines
  • Become Safe Staff certified
  • Opening and Closing side work
