About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner. The role supports restaurant operations by delivering food orders, checking presentation, ensuring guests have what they need, assisting wait staff, bussing tables, and completing side work. The position also involves knowing the hotel’s art and decor and being able to recommend local places to guests. The successful candidate will provide hospitable service and help meet business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
Team-player mindset.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to guests based on restaurant needs.
Ensure food is properly presented before delivering it and ensure guests have everything they need.
Assist with bussing tables.
Become acquainted with the hotel’s art and decor and be able to speak about them.
Know local spots to recommend as a spokesperson for the community.
Complete side work duties.
Assist wait staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
