About The Position
The Food Runner assists with seating guests, transporting food from the kitchen to designated dining-room drop stations, and communicating with management and service staff about guest satisfaction and needs. The role also supports servers, maintains the dining area during service, and helps reset the room after performances. On-the-job training is provided, and no prior job experience is needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Team oriented.

Responsibilities
- Check maps and work list.
- Set up the dining room according to maps.
- Attend “cue call.”
- Help seat guests until needed in the assigned section.
- Ensure food is delivered to the proper station in the dining room.
- Assist servers with their guests’ needs.
- Clean and maintain the station throughout service.
- Clean and reset the dining room after the performance.
- Communicate inquiries, special requests, complaints, and compliments to the Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Work as a team member and assist co-workers when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
