About The Position

Assists servers in serving guests by expediting food from the kitchen to guest tables in an expedient and professional manner. Prepares service carts and trays for transport, identifies menu items and their descriptions, and recognizes table numbers and seating positions. Maintains Food & Beverage areas according to company standards and applicable regulations, stays informed about property events and outlet operating hours, and may work at Food & Beverage stations in the casino and/or hotel. Provides excellent guest service and follows Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. Gaming experience is not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
• Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk or workstation for the duration of the shift.
• May be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 lbs. intermittently.
• Must have sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
