About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Food Runner/Busser to join its Food & Beverage team. The role supports dining operations by setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers with table service to help ensure guest satisfaction. Work includes serving beverages, bread, and butter; maintaining clean, properly stocked stations; and transporting used tableware to the dishwashing area. The position requires prior similar experience, the ability to communicate in English and with guests, a professional and cooperative manner, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. The role involves lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds and moving goods weighing up to 150 pounds on a hand cart or truck.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset service ware as prescribed.
• Maintain the stock and cleanliness of service stations for all meal periods, including necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter at the start of their dining experience, replenishing as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Help co-workers with their duties and contribute as a team player.
