About The Position
As a Busser/Food Runner, you will help ensure a smooth dining experience for guests by clearing and resetting tables, replenishing drinks and other items, and delivering food orders. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, a positive attitude, and an energetic, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Work schedules vary and may include holidays and weekends. Job duties and responsibilities may change depending on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk, push, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
- Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
- Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter at the start of their dining experience, and replenish them as needed.
- Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
