About The Position

The Busser/Food Runner helps deliver Tommy Bahama’s hospitality experience by making guests feel at home, supporting food and beverage service, and helping maintain a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage menus and Hospitality Standards, as well as participation in a team environment focused on sales and service success. Shifts are scheduled based on business needs. The pay rate is the applicable state minimum wage plus tips; the rate may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, work location, and available budget.

Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Stand routinely for the duration of a shift.
• Safely maneuver equipment and tools such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.

• Know all food and beverage menus.
• Know and practice all Hospitality Standards.
• Maintain tables to the required standard.
