About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner for Hotel Boulderado. The role supports restaurant service by delivering food orders, checking that dishes are properly presented, ensuring guests have what they need, assisting with table bussing and wait staff, and completing side work. The position also involves learning about the hotel's art and decor and being able to recommend local places to guests. Holidays and weekends are required, and flexible hours and shifts may be needed.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year in a hotel or restaurant service role.
Be a team player.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Availability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to guests based on restaurant needs.
Ensure food is properly presented before running it to guests and ensure guests have everything they need.
Assist with bussing tables.
Become acquainted with the hotel's art and decor and be able to speak about them.
Represent the community and know local places to recommend to guests.
Complete side work duties.
Assist wait staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
