About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner for Hotel Boulderado. The role supports restaurant service by delivering guest food orders, checking presentation, helping guests with their needs, assisting wait staff, and completing side work. The employee is also expected to know the hotel’s art and decor and be familiar with local places to recommend to guests. Holidays and weekends are required, and flexible hours and shifts may be needed.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
Team player.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Availability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to guests based on restaurant needs.
Ensure food is properly presented before delivering it and that guests have everything they need.
Assist with bussing tables.
Become acquainted with the hotel’s art and decor and be able to speak about them.
Know local places to recommend to guests and serve as a spokesperson for the community.
Complete side work duties.
Assist wait staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
