About The Position

Monterey Bay Fish Grotto is a locally owned Pittsburgh restaurant serving fresh fish and seafood, with panoramic views of the city from Mt. Washington. The restaurant has served the Pittsburgh community for 30 years and provides hands-on training for team members. This role supports restaurant service by running food to guests, assisting service staff, stocking supplies, and helping create a welcoming environment. Guaranteed minimum earnings, including tips, are $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the restaurant’s five-day training and testing program.
• Ability to professionally multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to use stairs regularly.
• Reliable transportation is expected.
