About The Position

The Food + Drink Runner delivers food and drinks to player bays efficiently and helps provide a friendly, exceptional experience. The role also supports service-area preparation and upkeep, assists teammates where needed, and follows safety and sanitation standards. It is an active, high-volume position involving extended periods on your feet and moving items, including food trays, across different elevations and stairs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays up and down elevations and stairs.
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, carrying, and walking or standing for most of the day.
• Ability to stay physically active and maintain pace during long shifts or time-consuming tasks.

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
