About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures on all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations. The position involves personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training. The supervisor will also assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring the financial aspects of the Food and Beverage Department. Requirements

  • Excellent internal/external guest service.
  • Thorough knowledge of service standards, food and beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
  • Computer experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • High School/GED preferred.
  • 1 year experience in the same or similar position preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures on all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations.
  • Handling personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training.
  • Assisting the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Monitoring the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring and reviewing administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring staffing levels of all food and beverage outlets and assisting supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
  • Establishing and monitoring adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet.
  • Representing the Food and Beverage Department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal/external employee-related hearings as needed.
  • Performing other reasonable duties as assigned.
