About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations, and/or Director of Food and Beverage Operations, the Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of all Food and Beverage outlets in the casino. The role ensures that food and beverage operations meet established quality, service, safety, and financial goals and objectives, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
